1. Age requirement
iShots is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 may be suspended or deleted.
2. Zero tolerance for CSAE / CSAM
We prohibit any content, conduct, or communication that involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, including the creation, possession, sharing, solicitation, or distribution of CSAM. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
3. In-app reporting and blocking
Users can report accounts and content from within the iShots app (for example from a profile, post, or chat). Users can also block other accounts. Reports are reviewed by our team. We may remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts that violate these standards or our Terms of Service.
4. Review and enforcement
When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of potential child-safety abuse, we aim to review it promptly. Where we find CSAM or clear evidence of CSAE, we take action that may include removing the content, suspending or deleting the account, preserving relevant records as required by law, and reporting to regional or national authorities (including NCMEC or equivalent channels where applicable).
5. Legal compliance
iShots complies with applicable child-safety laws relevant to our service and jurisdiction, including obligations to report CSAM to the appropriate authorities when required. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement regarding child-safety investigations.
